ID confirmation by TL Seow in Butterflycircle Forum:

Ragadia makuta.
This not an uncommon species in open forest & old rubber holdings.
It feeds on Selaginella the fine spiny growth used in wreaths & bridal decorations.
As this plant is related to ferns & toxic, the butterfly is probably unpalatable also.
It has a skippy flight over low growths in the forest.
